Attendance at Meetings

Rules for Attendance/Apologies.

  1. All Members will be assumed to be attending meetings unless they notify apologies by Latest Date (Normally 1 week prior to meeting), which will be advised in notice of the meeting.
  2. Those attending should make payment by BACS by Latest Date. Identify payment with Reference being first 4 letters of your surname and date of event eg 24423 
  3. Any Member who has not apologised and not paid by the Latest Date, will be advised to pay immediately.
  4. Apologies after the Latest Date will be required to pay, unless the Club agree a reduction in numbers advised.
  5. If you wish to bring a guest, please notify name to myself and Alan and make payment for your guest by BACS.
  6. Any dietary requests should be notified to me.

Permanent Apology status will only be available for long term incapacity/inability to attend and must be requested to the Chairman or Secretary, who will confirm Council’s agreement or otherwise.
