Attendance at Meetings
Rules for Attendance/Apologies.
- All Members will be assumed to be attending meetings unless they notify apologies by Latest Date (Normally 1 week prior to meeting), which will be advised in notice of the meeting.
- Those attending should make payment by BACS by Latest Date. Identify payment with Reference being first 4 letters of your surname and date of event eg 24423
- Any Member who has not apologised and not paid by the Latest Date, will be advised to pay immediately.
- Apologies after the Latest Date will be required to pay, unless the Club agree a reduction in numbers advised.
- If you wish to bring a guest, please notify name to myself and Alan and make payment for your guest by BACS.
- Any dietary requests should be notified to me.
Permanent Apology status will only be available for long term incapacity/inability to attend and must be requested to the Chairman or Secretary, who will confirm Council’s agreement or otherwise.
